Agenda

Friday, November 11^th

• 3:00 pm – Hotel check-in. Hotel is full the day before so checking in early is unlikely.
• 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Event check-in and registration. Set up any merchandise tables
• 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm – VIP Registered guest food and beer will be served. (Until the kegs are empty.)
• 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm – Welcome party – DJ music & karaoke

Saturday, November 12^th

• 7:00 am to 10:00 am – Warm breakfast from the hotel is included with your room.
• 7:30 am to 9:30 am – Bloody Mary bar $4.00 each.
• 8:00 am to 9:30 am – Ride preregistration – Two Groups going out. Similar rides.
• 10:30 am – First group rides out. Siesta Key Run 10:45 am, Salty Jim’s for lunch 12:15
• 11:30 am – Second group rides out. Siesta Key Run 11:45 am, Shrine for Lunch 1:15
• ~ 4:00 pm – everyone returns to the hotel.
• 5:00 pm to 5:15 pm – Leave for Degree at Jill’s place.   Events planned for ladies at Jill’s. Gift bags will be given out. Jill will be ready by 5:00 if anyone wants to arrive early. Pudding shot buffet. Light snacks. Plenty of seating. Several silly games are planned with alcohol prizes. Bonfire. BYOB
• 5:00 pm – Food trucks will be set up. Please support these vendors as they are coming in for you. Untamed Kitchen, and Shiny Gumbo. Check out their website as this is tested and validated food for all. Both have the ability to adapt if you need something just a little different.
• 7:00pm to 7:30 pm – Return to hotel for food and party.
• 7:30 pm – Announcements and Travel Awards handed out.
• 9:00 pm – Auction item winners to be announced.
• 9:30 pm – Live Auction items.

Miscellaneous items

• A puzzle of our Chapter Logo will be out on an open table for those who want to work on it can try to complete the puzzle. This puzzle will go up for bids later.
• A massage chair will be on site along with some miscellaneous vendors.

Sunday, November 13^th

• 7:00 am to 10:30 am – Warm breakfast at the hotel
• Departure at your leisure. Please travel safely. If anyone needs help call Urkle at 941-914-2069. We have a trailer to pick up a bike if needed and many others who are willing to help brothers in need. You will be taken care of.
